AdKoi ("we", "us") is an AI marketing product for online sellers, currently in early access. This policy explains what we collect through adkoi.ai and the AdKoi waitlist, and how we use it. We will update it before the AdKoi app opens to customers.

What we collect

• Waitlist details you give us: your name, email address, and optional details about your store, such as where you sell and how much you spend on ads. The waitlist form is run by Google Forms.
• Messages you send us at [email protected].
• Basic technical data: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To invite you to early access and tell you about AdKoi.
• To answer your questions.
• To understand which sellers want AdKoi, so we build the right features.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers that help us run the site and waitlist (Cloudflare and Google), or when the law requires it.

When the app launches

If you later connect ad accounts such as Meta, TikTok, Google or Amazon, we will use that data only to provide AdKoi features to you, under the terms of each platform. We will describe this in an updated policy before any account can be connected.

Your choices

• Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We reply within 30 days.

Keeping it safe and how long we keep it

We limit access to the people who run AdKoi and keep waitlist details until you ask us to delete them or we close the waitlist.

Children

AdKoi is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
